January 2, 2006 The sparkle in the eye, the generosity of spirit and the wry sense of humor say that this is a place like no other. What must be oft repeated explanations still seem fresh and given with pride - everybody treated so well. The view is unimpeded by any balustrade, so we been off the drink for the duration. Thank you for your kindness, your hospitality and helping us with finding Refugio Del Sol, then letting us come back and stay at our place. January 4, 2006 Agnes and Jo, Thank you for your help with my son and I during the trip. We had a special time. New years eve was special and the cooking was lovely. Andio especially will miss the breakfasts every morning. I asked him tonight if he wanted to go back to Los Angeles or stay in Costa Rica and he said: "stay in Costa Rica"! I am also grateful for Agnes' love of Walt Disney movies , your hammocks, the hanging/blinking lights, your "drink cooler". That was my water supply the whole trip and your cleanliness - especially with the little one. Can't wait to come back and can't wait for that fence! January 12, 2006 Dearest Agnes and Jo, From the minute I walked in and saw your ''new '' terrace and the spectacular view (wow!), to our last hours at Villa Mango, our 9- day stay was everything we thought it would be , and more! From the great (and interesting) people who came and went, to the fantastic breakfast, we have both enjoyed ourselves enormously. Your warm welcome and friendship throughout our stay is greatly appreciated and we wish you the best of luck with all your ventures.
We hope our constant calling of ''the plane! the plane!'' will pay off in the promo video Chris will send you from our home in England and Jo being the 'monkey-man'' is a memory that will last and last. I enjoyed (and need) being your resident ''lounger-lizard'', round the pool and the small hammock... It was all perfect. Many many thanks, hugs and kisses. Nicki says:'' no Jo again''!

January 12, 2006 Agnes and Jo, The three of us feel incredibly lucky to have stumble upon Villa Mango. The view were astonishing, the food was wonderful and we enjoyed your company. It is the perfect end to a long surf trip. We shall return and the next time we shall bring our wives, fiancées, girlfriends whom we sent home a few days ago in pursuit of bigger surf. We are fairly certain we will hear it when we show them pictures of what they missed. It is rare you meet people as kind, friendly and so willing to chase their dream like you two do.
