January 2, 2006 The sparkle in the eye, the generosity of spirit and the wry sense of humor say that this is a place like no other. What must be oft repeated explanations still seem fresh and given with pride - everybody treated so well. The view is unimpeded by any balustrade, so we been off the drink for the duration. January 4, 2006 Agnes and Jo, Thank you for your help with my son and I during the trip. We had a special time. New years eve was special and the cooking was lovely. Andio especially will miss the breakfasts every morning. I asked him tonight if he wanted to go back to Los Angeles or stay in Costa Rica and he said: "stay in Costa Rica"! I am also grateful for Agnes' love of Walt Disney movies , your hammocks, the hanging/blinking lights, your "drink cooler". That was my water supply the whole trip and your cleanliness - especially with the little one. Can't wait to come back and can't wait for that fence! January 12, 2006 Dearest Agnes and Jo, From the minute I walked in and saw your ''new '' terrace and the spectacular view (wow!), to our last hours at Villa Mango, our 9- day stay was everything we thought it would be , and more! From the great (and interesting) people who came and went, to the fantastic breakfast, we have both enjoyed ourselves enormously. Your warm welcome and friendship throughout our stay is greatly appreciated and we wish you the best of luck with all your ventures.
We hope our constant calling of ''the plane! the plane!'' will pay off in the promo video Chris will send you from our home in England and Jo being the 'monkey-man'' is a memory that will last and last. January 12, 2006 Agnes and Jo, The three of us feel incredibly lucky to have stumble upon Villa Mango. The view were astonishing, the food was wonderful and we enjoyed your company. It is the perfect end to a long surf trip. We shall return and the next time we shall bring our wives, fiancées, girlfriends whom we sent home a few days ago in pursuit of bigger surf. April 20, 2006 Dear Agnes and Jo, I am totally in love with Villa Mango! What a totally magical place it is! I have loved the monkeys, the glorious view, the delicious cool breeze, the delightful pool, and vivacious and friendly host and hostess!! I loved the toucan room with the hammock outside the door and the stylish shower with a view. I loved looking on a t the luscious vegetation and monkeys. I expected to see magnificent sunsets, but the sunrise this morning was a lovely surprise.
Thank you for everything, the incredible morning bird watching and boat-ride. LeRoy was a cheerful and informative guide showing us a baby crocodile, as well as dozens of beautiful birds Four snowy egrets did a dance for us.
Thank you for your guidance on where to snorkel. I loved the beach and the many colorful fish! You have a gem in your local horse tour guide, Sarah, at Casa Rio Nosara just down the hill. My ride which included the beach was such fun.

June 11, 2006 Agnes & Jo! Wow! Villa Mango is truly heavenly - from the monkeys to the coatis, to the food, to the room, to the company! We have enjoyed every minute... You have done a spectacular job of creating a little paradise and retreat where I was able to just "be". January 1, 2007 Dear Agnes an Jo, We are very happy to find your lovely, friendly and excellent cooking house. We spent 2 days which were very relaxing. The menu on Sylvester night was very special and romantic. At midnight Agnes and all the guests jumped into the swimming pool with clothes on ! Great idea! We will always remember!!
